We carry over 100 premium designer brands to keep your wardrobe fresh.
HOW DOES FRESHNECK WORK?
Choose. Search the closet of your dreams! Using the FreshNeck website, you can easily browse The Collection by brand, colors, styles, materials, patterns, and widths. Then you select which items you’d like by transferring them to your queue (“My Closet”), a la Netflix. Your items will arrive in 1-3 business days.
Wear. Whether you’d like to impress a coworker, friend, date or crave something unique for that special occasion, FreshNeck has you covered. Sample the variety, and feel free to get creative and experiment.
Exchange. When you’re ready for something new, simply drop the pre-paid, pre-addressed return envelope into any United States Postal Service blue mailbox. No need to worry about the dry-cleaning—we take care of it! The next items in your queue will ship out 1-3 business days later.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR TIES FROM?
Our goal is to get high-quality new and pre-owned ties from the best sources possible. This includes the entire value chain--retail, discount retail, distributors, direct from manufacturers, and directly from owners. We hand-inspect every article we purchase before it goes into the collection.

WHEN I EXCHANGE, DO I HAVE TO RETURN ALL OF THE ITEMS?
No, you can exchange everything at once or just one item. However, you receive one pre-paid return envelope with your shipment, so you will not be able to exchange again until you get your new shipment.
CAN I BUY?
That girl whose attention you’ve been trying to get do a double-take today? Members can purchase ties they currently have by clicking “Buy” from My Closet. We continuously lower prices as items are worn in order to keep The Collection as fresh as possible. Take advantage.
WHAT ARE RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES?
Our stylists pair up ever single item in The Collection with all other matching accessories, helping you achieve that effortless GQ look.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED?
You can change the preference order of your closet at any time before the items are shipped to you (we’ll send you an email confirmation once they’re in the mail). We will send you the top 3 (or how many items you are due available items.
WILL THE TIE I WANT BE AVAILABLE FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION?
You are allowed to reserve 1 item that is currently available for up to a week. The 4th item upgrade also includes a second reservation item. We will not send out your reserved item to anybody else, and will send to you as soon as you send an item back.
We strive to maintain quantity, quality, and variety for all of our members, so unless you like exactly whatever everyone else likes (time to branch out a bit), the majority of ties will be ready to ship from your virtual My Closet to your real closet. Additionally, usage patterns are constantly monitored so we can order more of what you and the rest of the member community like.
I’M A BIT CONFUSED. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE QUEUE AND RESERVED ITEMS?
Your queue is your wishlist, from which you can add anything from our Collection, whether available or not. We will send the top available items to you. Additionally, you can “Reserve” an available item, even if you have no empty slots “At Home.” We’ll set it aside for you until you have an empty slot. This is ideal for special occasions, like a wedding, when you need something very specific and don’t want to risk it being unavailable.
I WANT A SPECIFIC DESIGNER THAT YOU DON’T OFFER. AM I OUT OF LUCK?
We are always looking to expand our offering to include premium and up-and-coming designers. Use the Contact Us feature to send suggestions, and we will do our best to add them to our collection.
WHO CLEANS THE TIES?
We take care of cleaning the ties. All of our items are inspected, disinfected and steamed after every use, and professionally dry cleaned, after several uses or when needed (excessive dry cleaning can ruin the fabric). We pride ourselves in the impeccable condition of each garment. Ensuring that each item you wear is clean and sanitary is a top priority. If you receive an article that you are dissatisfied with, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation.

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY STAIN OR DAMAGE THE TIE?
We understand that some wear and tear and minor stains may be inevitable and beyond your control, and this is covered by your membership fee. For major stains, we utilize our partnerships with expert dry cleaners, including the world-renowned Tiecrafters. You will be charged a cleaning fee of $8. Alternatively, you may take the articles to your own dry cleaner, though you are still responsible for returning the items in the same condition in which you received it. If you routinely send back ties with stains on them, we’ll have to call your mother to teach you how to eat.
Our advice: Use a tie clip. It’s stylish, keeps your tie from flapping around, and minimizes accidents/stains.
WHAT IF I RUIN A TIE?
Although very rare, significant destruction or staining (it catches fire, you jump in a pool at your best friend’s wedding, puppy wants a new toy) is not covered under the membership plan. You Break It, You Buy It. If the article is beyond repair, your credit card will be immediately charged, same as if you bought it from us (fortunately our prices are heavily discounted!). The next tie in your queue will be sent to you, and your puppy will thank you for his new toy. He/she can keep it.
WHAT IF I LOSE A TIE?
Lost items are treated the same as destroying it—your credit card will be charged for the item. However, if you ever find it (check between the couch cushions at what’s her name’s apartment), send it back with your next return along with an email so we’re on the lookout, and we’ll refund your money.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE ITEMS FROM MY CLOSET?
We ship via United States Postal Service First-Class mail from New York, NY (10036). Depending on your location, you should receive your items in 2-4 business days.
If you have not received your items in that time frame please contacts us or report a problem from the Contact Us page.
Wedding or special occasion coming up? Need something from your My Closet over-nighted to you? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or utilize the Contact Us feature and we will do our best to get the item to you overnight (dependent on availability).
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
We'll take care of everything you need to make exchanging hassle-free! Simply follow these 3 easy steps:
- Fold each tie in half 3 times and place back into the zip-locked bags they came in, pointy side up. Skinny ties and bow ties should go into skinny bags. Pocket squares should be folded and also placed in a bag. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter which bag each item goes in.
- Next, simply place the zip-locked bags into the pre-paid return envelope. There's no need to iron or clean the articles.
- Lastly, drop your return envelope in any United States Postal Service mailbox just like a letter.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SEND YOU ONE OF THE TIES I OWN BY ACCIDENT?
We’ll email you a picture of how good we look in your tie! Or we can just ship it back to you as part of the next exchange.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY WORK OR ANOTHER ADDRESS BESIDES MY HOME?
Yes, please change your address in the profile page. If you're shipping to a hotel, please put the hotel name in the company field and let the concierge know you are expecting mail.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?

No—please enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Similarly, returns must be mailed from the U.S. as well.

Simply return the item in the bag without the black zip-lock bag.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE THE PRE-PAID RETURN BAG?
You have two options:

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL/PASSWORD?
Click on My Profile to update and confirm your new password! To change your email address, please contact us and we will update your account.
I HAVE SOME AWESOME TIES I’D LIKE TO SELL YOU. WHAT CAN I GET FOR THEM?
If your ties meet the same quality that we feature on this site and are in excellent condition, we might be interested in letting you trade them in for credit to be used for upgrades, free month membership, or tie purchases. Send us an email with a description including designer, brand, when you got it, condition, etc. (pics are great too), and if we like what we see, we’ll figure something out.
HOW DO YOU DECIDE IN WHICH MEMBERSHIP TO PLACE EACH TIE?
Essentially, each designer is assigned to a membership level based on exclusivity, quality, member demand, and MSRP for new season articles.
Pre-owned items that aren’t perfect are refurbished and/or offered at a membership below new-season ties. They’re perfectly good ties (a tie is “used” after the first wear), and give an opportunity for members to have access to the most exclusive ties.
HOW DO I CHANGE MEMBERSHIP PLANS? CANCEL?
Upgrading your membership is easy, and is accomplished via My Profile. You will have immediate access to those higher-level items. Office just went business casual? Ending your membership is also made simple through My Profile. Just be sure to return all of your items within 7 days, or we will assume you are keeping them, and will be charged accordingly.
